Commenting:  Comments will be evaluated by the moderator after submission.  They will not appear until they have been approved.  Spam and disruptive posts will not be approved.

Posts:  Most posts are news-related, and are paraphrased from external articles.  This blog is not intended to infringe upon those it lists as sources in news-related posts.  Information not paraphrased will appear in quotation marks, and is taken from the article listed as “Source” at the bottom of the post unless otherwise stated.
